Align Body With Mind
When the fluctuations of the mind come to rest, the mind enters a state of stillness. However, achieving this quietude is not an easy task. Yoga offers us the pathway to calm the mind through the practice of meditation. Through meditation, we become more aware of the self, and this awareness allows us to cultivate a natural state of constant inner mindfulness.
Yoga teaches that an equanimous mind can be attained through meditation, yet meditation is a deeply personal and subjective experience, making it challenging to teach. However, when the right techniques of focus and concentration are applied, they can lead to the profound experience of meditation.
