Obesity is one of the most common lifestyle issues the modern world is facing. Being so common, it has almost nullified its status as a health issue. However, it is imperative for us to find sustainable solutions to address the underlying causes behind it and prevent it for good. Yoga can offer a sustainable and practical solution to this problem.

Though the world has undergone significant changes, our bodies haven’t yet adapted to them. With less physical activity, convenience foods, and mounting stress, our bodies are still struggling to find balance. These lifestyle changes have contributed to obesity becoming a global pandemic.
