Dhāraṇā
Dharana, in simple terms, is the art of focusing and redirecting the mind toward a single point. It is the first step in the journey to attain stillness—a stillness that leads to one-pointed concentration and naturally evolves into spontaneous Dhyana (meditation).
Through Dharana, the mind learns to move beyond limited perceptions, holding onto one object without distraction. This workshop explores various techniques of concentration, making it accessible to practitioners of all levels. These techniques can be effectively applied not only in your yoga practice but also in everyday life to cultivate greater focus and clarity.
